2012春节的血汗，富士康上千学生工对工资不满集体抗议

工人论坛据深圳红花草机构曝料，当我们纷纷与家人团圆共渡新春佳节之际，谁知道此时此刻，深圳有上千大学生被周口联营学校卖给富士康进行残酷剥削，成为最廉价的春节劳动力。
2012年初，由河南周口市联营职业中等专业学校与富士康公司授权的众多校园代理，以寒假打工月净收入达到三千元以上为宣传口号，组织了河南省内各高校上千名在校大学生，于1月8日到深圳富士康龙华园区和观澜园区以寒假实习工为名进行务工。
入厂后，富士康统一给学生工发放厂牌，同时要求学生与公司和联营学校签订三方协议。学生工签订协议后，富士康人资以要拿回公司盖章为由，将协议收走，直到学生工寒假打工结束离开，都没有将协议发还学生工。
2月初，面临结算工资返校开学之际，上千名学生工发现富士康给计算的工资严重与之前宣传不符，部分学生月净收入仅一千三四。学生工纷纷与周口联营学校和富士康公司方面交涉，无果。
2月8日一大早，群情激愤的学生工分别在龙华园区和观澜园区聚集，要求富士康兑现承诺。在分别找了富士康人资、富士康工会、劳动局、公安局之后，富士康以及周口联营学校被迫作出妥协，为部分学生工增加数百元的工资。同时周口联营学校和各个校园代理人强势出面，威胁学生工如果闹事那么2月1日至2月8日的工资就不发放了！特别是部分来自周口联营学校的学生工，担心返校后遭学校秋后算账，均不敢再表达不满。
2月9日，大约七十多名在2月8日集体事件中未获得富士康和周口联营学校妥协的学生工一大早继续与富士康公司交涉，无果。之后十多名学生工前往龙华街道劳动站劳动监察寻求帮助，遭劳动站领导以他们是在校学生为由进行痛斥。迫于要赶着当天1点班车返校，学生工无奈离开劳动站。并宣布龙华劳动站维权失败。当天下午，学生工陆续随车返回河南。
在富士康和周口联营学校分别做了有关工作之后，2012年2月8日上千名富士康学生工争取合法权益的集体行动被分化瓦解。2月9日部分仍坚持维权学生工集体行动遭龙华劳动站领导痛斥下，无奈下与有关律师完成委托手续后返回河南。
工人论坛将继续关注事态发展，并严重呼吁养肥了富士康公司的苹果公司站出来，兑现库克先生此前的发言，真真正正的让apple的产品不要再灌注那么多中国劳工，特别是年轻稚嫩的学生工的青春血汗！同时富士康公司作为全球最大的电子产品代工厂商，切实承担起作为行业领袖的社会责任，严厉清剿公司内部不合法不人道的剥削行为，并对已造成的伤害进行补救和反思，从而树立符合党和国家要求的建设和谐社会的企业形象。

Studengts workers of Foxicon fight for rights
According to GRBBS: Thousands of students workers in Foxicon from Henan Province fought for their rights during the traditional Chinese Spring Festival while most Chinese were enjoying their canival .
In the early time of this year , Joint occupation secondary specialized school of Henan , Zhoukou conluded with Foxicon organized thousands of under-graduates to Longhua and Guanlan Industrial area to be engaged in working . The college told the students that they could get ￥3000 per month . After entering Foxicon the students signed contracts with Foxicon and were given labels , while Foxicon got back the contracts since then and never sent them back . In February just before those students back school they found that they could only get ￥1300 per month . The students contacted with Foxicon but got no reply .
On the morning of February 8th , angry students rounded in Longhua and Guanlan area asking for a reply from Foxicon . They contacted with HR and union of Foxicon ,as well as the Labor Bureau and the police ,while Foxicon and the college threatened to cancel their pay if they rose up . On February 9th hundreds of students still struggled to negotiate with Foxicon and the Abitration Department but failed , then they had to leave Shenzhen back to school .
But the students have not given up and are still trying hard to protect their labor rights . They call for attetion from every side of the society .
In south China students have long been exploited by capitalists and college . Nowadays workers from college have accounted more than half in the total number of workers ,while in large corporations this number can be more than 80% . The students workers have been fighting bravely for their future and socialism . They are the hope of China.
